Production

On the right, you can find a little sneak peek into the catalogue of beats I have produced.
Please, take a listen and let me know what you think, I'm always open to feedback!

I started out playing the piano when I was about 4 years old. My dad was the keyboardist in a band when he was younger and wanted to use teaching me to play the piano as a way to both get back into playing and to bond with me.

At primary school, I met a friend who is still my closest friend to this day. His older brother produced beats for artists in the neighborhood and we were totally enamored by the process, so we started learning. Today, I use Logic Pro X but back then, we were playing around with demo versions of Fruity Loops while using the computer keyboard for midi input, so that we could play piano or drum sounds.

As I developed my production skills, my love for film grew and I decided that I wanted to make music scores for film. This led me to work on music for a couple of independent documentaries and many student films at my university while I also studied Film.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with various producers and artists which continues to help me hone my ability to produce for a wide range of styles and genres, mixing emotions and dynamics to reach a finished product. I like to use my love of dramatic film-type scoring and feed it into whatever genre I produce, whether it's hip-hop or UK Drill, sometimes producing for myself or other artists to write lyrics to, or just allowing it to be a musical piece that speaks for itself.
